Passes and Tickets for 12th Mumbai International Film Festival, 2012

The good news is that the cost of the pass for the 2012 Mumbai International Film Festival is only Rs 100 (Rs 50 for students) for all the 7 days. The process to get the pass is a little cumbersome and it can be obtained either at the Film Division office at Pedder Road (24-Dr.G.Deshmukh Marg) or at the venue (NCPA, Nariman Point, Mumbai) itself. One can also send a mail for the pass, but I would not recommend it. To get a pass, the following documents are required:

  • 12 MIFF Registration form duly filled. The form can be downloaded from the MIFF website (click on the link) or from NCPA from Feb 3 onwards.

  • 2 stamp size color photos

  • ID proof (Electoral Cards, Passport, Driving Licence , PAN Card etc).

For further information on registration, contact Film division at 91-22-23510461 (extension 480). On the first day (Feb 3) forms will be available only uptil 1:00 am at NCPA. This is because the officials will be busy with the Opening function. The pass is valid for all 7 days.
